In the tradition of the tale of the Three Billy Goats Gruff, Nordic Canvas would like to introduce a new Holiday Tradition…The Three Julebukks Gruffsen and their nemesis Trollo!
Created by master woodworker Mike Lusk and designed and painted by Kim Garrett this festive little family is being offered as a CLASS ON DEMAND.
This project will be painted in acrylics (but of course oil painters are welcome too!)
This class is suitable for all painting skill levels.

Materials List
Acrylic Paint
Americana Berry Red (or any bright festive red you like)
Americana Forest Green (or any festive green you like)
Titanium White
Burnt Umber
Americana Yellow Ochre (Or any pale yellowy beige that looks like straw that is not too yellow)
Oil Paint
Cadmium Red Deep (or any bright festive red you like)
Chrome Oxide Green (or any festive green you like)
Titanium White
Burnt Umber
Yellow Ochre (Or any pale yellowy beige that looks like straw that is not too yellow)
Brushes
I used :
# 2 & #4 filbert (but you can also use a shader or a round if you prefer)
#1 script liner
# 1 round (for teardrops)
Dotter or Stylus
Use the typical supplies you do for the type of paint you are using
Background prep prior to class:
Sand and apply 2 coats of your yellow ochre to the Julebukks and Trollo. Sand in between coats. Apply the patterns to all 3 goats and Trollo if you are planning on painting along.
